Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered.
Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
